Job descriptionAchieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling Work closely with clients and maintain communication from initial contact until the operations team completes the project Maintain up-to-date knowledge of A / V and home automation products and trends Use and update CRM software daily to manage leads and track progress Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution Be self-motivated and driven to succeed Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and team members Have high emotional intelligence and a customer-first mindset Understand control systems, A / V setups, and home automation technologies Be positive, coachable, and open to feedback Learn quickly and apply new information in real-world scenarios Competitive salary + incentives + benefits (employer paid health insurance, 401K, 401K Matching, PTO, etc) Total Compensation = Salary + Commisions ($70k-$142K) + above benefits Ongoing training and professional development Work with cutting-edge technology and premium brands A supportive, collaborative team culture Help clients create smarter, more enjoyable living spaces
