Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in business or tech is a plus) Proven experience in accurate, detail-oriented data entry Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Word (formatting, mail merge, tables, templates) Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy Strong problem-solving skills to identify and fix data issues Experience with additional data management or ERP systems Strong attention to detail with consistent accuracy in data entry Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with a willingness to learn new tools Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and implement practical solutions
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Tucker, GA. This role requires a high level of accuracy in entering, verifying, and managing data using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace tools. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and technically proficient, especially with Excel and Word. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, generating reports and correspondence, and ensuring data is up-to-date and accessible to key stakeholders.
