Pay Range : The pay range for this job is $119000 - $180000 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview
Responsible for leading and motivating a team of NA / Corporate procurement professionals, developing and executing global non-merch procurement strategies, managing and optimizing the procure-to-pay process and travel team, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring compliance with global procurement activities. A thought leader and partner with senior management who will lead a team of professionals responsible for facilitating requirements gathering, conducting research, data analysis and supplier negotiations resulting in the creation of value and positive financial outcomes across the Company. Works closely with project teams and leads a dedicated procurement team in day-to-day activities for assigned projects and initiatives. Experience in people management, category management, analysis, sourcing, travel management and reporting are essential for success in this role. Reports to the Global Head of Procurement.
- Leading and motivating a team of procurement professionals, developing and executing global indirect procurement strategies in alignment with Ralph Laurens business objectives and sustainability commitments, managing and optimizing the procure-to-pay process, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring compliance with global procurement activities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement and alignment with core values
- Lead negotiations with key suppliers to ensure the best combination of cost, quality, and reliability
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, assessing their performance, and aligning them with RL expectations, including sustainability and social responsibility standards
- Continuously evaluating and improving procurement processes to drive efficiency, cost savings and innovation
- Managing and optimizing the procure-to-pay process across multiple countries, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Analyzing financial implications of each sourcing alternative and driving supplier diversity outreach initiatives
- Overseeing and optimizing procurement processes and systems to ensure they meet the needs of a global, rapidly evolving organization with a cost and high-quality service
- Leading cross-functional teams to drive major procurement projects and initiatives
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Drive innovation within the procurement function by identifying and implementing new technologies and processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all aspects of the procurement function
- Develop best in class RL Travel Program ensuring the safety of RL travelers along with the best value and travel experience
