About The Position

Key Responsibilities :

Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans for patients.

Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, functional training, and modalities.

Observe and document patients’ progress, responses, and outcomes.

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and functional activities.

Ensure proper use of equipment and maintain a safe treatment environment.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Adhere to all regulatory, professional, and ethical standards of practice.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Current state licensure / certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (as required by state law).

Active CPR / BLS certification (preferred).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
