Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an X-Ray Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and current ARRT(R) and BLS certifications for a day shift assignment.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a hospital X-Ray unit covering adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
  • Day shift schedule from 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday
  • On-call coverage required for 2 weekends during the contract
  • Experience with GE, Siemens, and PACS systems is required
  • Bi-weekly orientation sessions provided
  • Scrubs must be wine color
  • Responsibilities include performing diagnostic X-Ray examinations for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • Modules and additional training are completed during orientation or within the first week
  • Holiday and routine schedule coverage may be required
  • A three-week lead time between booking and start date is required to complete credentialing
  • Compliance with documentation deadlines and responsiveness is expected throughout onboarding

  • Minimum of 2 years of X-Ray Technologist experience required
  • Current ARRT(R) and BLS certifications required
  • Proficiency with GE, Siemens, and PACS systems required
  • One supervisory reference from the past year required for consideration
  • Full SSN and date of birth required for consideration
  • Flu vaccination required, with no exemptions or declinations allowed
  • Local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius at a lower rate
  • License required if applicable
