Process Engineer – Die Casting

Location : Clinton, TN | Full-Time

We’re seeking a Process Engineer to join a leading manufacturer in the Clinton, TN area. In this role, you’ll work directly with production and engineering teams to optimize die casting operations, introduce improvements, and ensure products meet the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Improve and troubleshoot aluminum die casting processes to boost quality, efficiency, and yield.
• Collaborate with tooling, maintenance, and production teams to ensure equipment and processes are running smoothly.
• Support quality initiatives through measurement, testing, and process audits.
• Lead and participate in root cause analysis to resolve production and quality issues.
• Recommend and implement process improvements that reduce cost, minimize waste, and improve safety.
• Document process changes and support SOP development for consistency and compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align production goals and drive continuous improvement.
