Job Title :

• Business Analyst – Advanced Location : 100% Remote Duration : 12 Months Job Description : The Business Analyst position will be part of the Operations team.
• The team is a combination of the Client technology professionals and experienced consultants, and we are seeking individuals who are highly productive, very flexible, and can work effectively in an environment where ambiguity is common.
• Team members are expected to contribute with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
• The project demands individuals who are strong collaborators, who want to make a positive contribution to the client and can understand top-level goals and objectives and drive toward them.
• This position will perform configuration management technician duties and support the migration tool (Changeman) for the client services team.
• Configuration management technician duties will include identifying testing needs and participating in the implementation of the new release of the software as needed.
