Licensed Legal Counsel

A company is looking for Legal Counsel to support its legal and compliance infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on various legal and business issues

Structure, draft, and negotiate complex agreements while collaborating with sales professionals and internal stakeholders

Monitor data privacy laws and create standard templates and internal policies to scale the business

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, Juris Doctorate, and a current license to practice law in at least one U.S. State

3+ years of experience in both a law firm and in-house environment with commercial and operational responsibilities

Passion for collaboration and driving projects to completion

A proactive attitude with a desire to learn new skills and work on diverse projects
