We are recruiting an established marketing professional to join our team as the Corporate Director of Admissions and Marketing.
The Corporate Director of Admissions and Marketing’s primary role is to oversee Landmark’s marketing and admissions initiatives in Landmark's five skilled nursing and one adult day health centers, providing leadership in the development and execution of regional sales strategies to meet and exceed occupancy and revenue goals.
As part of the Landmark corporate team, this individual will be traveling to the facilities up to three times per week, with some at home office work opportunity.
Job responsibilities of the Corporate Director of Admissions and Marketing include :
Participate in developing the overall marketing strategy for the region.
- Expertise will be utilized with each individual skilled nursing homes written individual marketing plans.
- These plans will identify short- and long-term strategies and objectives for positioning the facility, establishing, and enhancing the reputation of the nursing home, ensuring widespread recognition of the facility by the community and medical practitioners, increasing managed care private pay and Medicare populations, communicating with area hospitals, physicians, managed care, and other referral groups.
- Provide leadership to facility administrators, admission staff, and marketing staff as required. Emphasis will be focused on troubled census centers.
- Prepare routine reports evaluating the effectiveness of the company's overall marketing, public relations, and advertising programs, assist in evaluating the competitive markets and providers within company nursing home markets and provide regular feedback to management.
- Planning the Advertising strategy and program for the region and its facilities.
- Plan, direct and coordinate overall public relations strategy in the facilities including developing media kits and procedures, writing press releases, defining guidelines and procedures for staff to control any adverse issues that confront a nursing home.
- Direct the planning of special events such as opening of new facilities units or programs.
- Develop and monitor Landmark Management Solutions annual regional and facility marketing budget.
- Responsible for the organization’s social media management.
- Web site ongoing augmentation and web vendor management.
- Coordinate customer service education and in-services at the center level.
- Create, design, and keep relevant Center brochures and marketing materials development.
Qualifications of the Corporate Director of Admissions and Marketing :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or comparable field.Preferably 5-10 years of experience in a corporate setting, preferably in healthcare, with demonstrable evidence of accomplishment.Strong communication skills, organization capabilities, training skills, and ability to manage people are essential.Strong social media knowledge on a variety of platforms.Experience in sales or business development, understanding of commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement.Maintain and effectively with the sales and marketing software for setting up referrals, follow through to admission and overall tracking.Proficiency in generating reports detailing trends, outcomes, opportunities for growth, and relationship management.Landmark's benefit opportunities include :
