ABOUT THIS DISPATCH ROLE :

Schedule : We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with typical hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. Enjoy a stable schedule that allows you to plan your life around your work!

As an HVAC Dispatcher - Scheduler, your day starts bright and early with a review of the day's schedule. You answer calls from customers, providing them with friendly, professional assistance and confirming service appointments. As you coordinate with our HVAC technicians, you ensure that each job is scheduled efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Throughout the day, you manage any scheduling changes, keep customers updated, and ensure all records are meticulously maintained. By the end of your shift, you wrap up your day, knowing you've helped keep our community comfortable and satisfied.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 2+ years of office experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
