Finesse Auto has been serving Seattle since 2014 with a 10-bay European service facility. We specialize in European vehicles and take pride in professionalism, collaboration, and high-quality repairs. We are currently seeking a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join our team and help ensure cars are repaired right the first time. Our team works together in a smooth, organized, and drama-free environment, where your expertise and voice are valued. We understand what it feels like to work unappreciated – and we make sure it’s not like that here.
Compensation & Perks :
- Advisor pay structure : Commission % on GP
- Annual pay range : $70,000 – $140,000, based on ability and experience

Experienced automotive service advisors who want to work with a professional, collaborative teamOpen to learning proven processes that create an efficient and organized shopEuropean shop or dealership experience preferredResponsibilities :
Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointmentsConsult with customers to understand vehicle issues and provide accurate service recommendationsCoordinate with technicians for timely repair completionCommunicate updates and additional service needs clearly to customersMaintain thorough service recordsUphold excellent customer service standardsRequirements :
3+ years of automotive customer service experienceKnowledge of European / exotic vehicles preferredStrong communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsWillingness to learn new systems and processesValid driver’s licenseContact Us :
