Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Automation Maintenance Technician in Dallas, Texas. This is a permanent full?time position.
Overview
We look for a self?motivated technician to maintain automated warehouse equipment and improve maintenance systems. The role focuses on safety, preventive maintenance, and support of automation equipment.
Compensation & Schedule
Hourly Pay $30.00 per hour
Schedule : First Shift Friday - Sunday 4 : 00?am 2 : 30?pm and Second Shift Monday 4 : 00?pm 2 : 30?am

Responsibilities
Ensure PM entries in software are complete and accurateUtilize the computerized maintenance management system to keep the department organizedMaintain and insure spare parts inventories and consignment inventories per proceduresParticipate in continual development of maintenance policies and SOPsKeep the maintenance area clean, organized, and facility?tour readyEnsure compliance with GMPsEstablish work schedules that meet PM program demandsPerform other duties as assignedActively participate in safety and Lean programs; support Ryder cultureQualifications
Vocational or technical certification in related field or 3?years of relevant experience (in lieu of certification)Knowledge of 480?V and pneumatic equipment (intermediate)Working knowledge of computer?based equipment maintenance and parts inventory systems (intermediate)Independent problem?solving capability (intermediate)Experience with PLC / HMI programming (Allen Bradley, Ignition, Wonderware) preferred (intermediate)Understanding of 24?VDC control systems, photoelectric & proximity sensors (intermediate)Experience with programming / troubleshooting servo and stepper motors (intermediate)Ability to troubleshoot / program barcode scanners and vision systems (Cognex, Datalogic, Keyence) (intermediate)Warehouse maintenance safety procedures (Lock Out Tag Out, Fall Restraint, Forklift / MHE) (intermediate)Knowledge of operating MHE (Forklift, Scissor Lift, Boom Lift) (intermediate)Ability to work independently and at heightsImportant Note
