Illinois Licensed Structural Designer

A company is looking for a Structural Designer to join their Illinois Division within the Structural team.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the design of structural projects and conduct analyses of project elements

Prepare organized structural calculations and design / draft structural elements

Work independently under the guidance of a Project Manager while adhering to schedules and budgets

Required Qualifications

BS in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis or related discipline required; MS preferred

EIT or ability to obtain within the year

Minimum 1 year of bridge design experience or relevant internship experience

Progressive experience with developing plans and specifications utilizing MicroStation

Ability to perform complex analysis and assemble complete design packages for projects
