Key Responsibilities

Lead and build a team of AI-native forward-deployed engineers and designers while setting technical standards

Define architecture patterns for AI agents and client products, ensuring high-quality technical delivery

Transform client projects into reusable capabilities, enhancing efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in leading engineering teams

Hands-on experience in architecting AI agents and debugging production issues

Strong understanding of client needs and ability to propose effective solutions

Experience with LLMs and AI-native technologies

Background in B2B SaaS or developer tools is preferred
