Mainframe Programmer Analyst

We are looking for a Mainframe Programmer / Analyst who will focus on providing high‑quality, efficient technology solutions to business partners by developing new software applications or modifying and / or supporting existing packaged or custom‑built applications. In this capacity, you’ll analyze, code, configure, test, debug, document and maintain applications.

This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in COBOL development, JCL, and mainframe utilities, who thrives in a structured environment and understands the importance of maintaining mission‑critical systems.

Required Skills

• Mainframe (COBOL, VSAM, DB2, CICS, JCL, TSO, Changeman)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Experience working and troubleshooting in large COBOL codebases
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, distributed platforms is a huge plus
• Communication / coordination skills
• Documentation skills
• Agile / Scrum experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 ‑ $45.00 / hr.
