In this role, you will be working as a PLC Programmer for a client that works in the custom machinery industry. This position will be responsible for doing programming in Allen Bradley on custom machines.

This position is a direct hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site or remote depending on location.

• Bachelors degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience doing programming
• Experience with Allen Bradley Compactlogix
• HMI knowledge - Experience with PanelView
• Experience doing programming for machinery and equipment
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance teams to integrate PLC systems into existing processes
• Develop and maintain documentation related to PLC programming and system configurations
• Test and validate PLC programs to ensure system functionality and reliability
• Able to do FAT testing, commissioning, start up etc..
• Troubleshoot existing codes and develop new code when needed
• 20-30% Travel
