Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage long-term relationships with high-value players, ensuring personalized incentives and maximizing engagement
Identify, onboard, and nurture emerging VIPs through data-driven segmentation and targeted outreach campaigns
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to design and deliver tailored promotions and experiences for VIP players
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in VIP management, player relations, or account management within iGaming or luxury customer environments
Proven track record in building strong relationships with high-value customers and delivering personalized service
Strong understanding of iGaming operations, player behavior, and responsible gaming principles
Experience with CRM and analytics tools to track player performance and campaign effectiveness
Collaborative approach with the ability to operate autonomously while partnering cross-functionally
