The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the our Salesforce platform to support our sales', service, installation, and customer support teams. This role will ensure the data integrity and system functionality are maintained while identifying opportunities for process improvements to drive business success.
- Candidates must be located in Tampa Bay area - this is an onsite position
Duties and Responsibilities :
System Management and Maintenance
Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform (and integrations), ensuring system efficiency and data integrityManage user accounts, including setting up new users, roles, profiles, and permissionsMonitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues as they ariseData Management
Perform regular data audits and maintenance to ensure data accuracy and completenessOversee data import / export processes and manage data migration activitiesProcess Improvement
Identify and implement system enhancements and process automations to improve user experience and business operationsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsTraining and Support
Provide training and support to Salesforce users to enhance their understanding and use of the platform; effectively communicate changes and best practicesDevelop and maintain user documentation and training materialsReporting and Analytics
Create and manage customer reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into business performanceWork with management to develop strategic reporting and metricsSecurity and Compliance
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures; manage data security and access controls in collaboration with IT as neededStay informed about Salesforce updates and best practices to maintain a secure and efficient systemSkills and Specifications :

Bachelor's DegreeMinimum of 5 Years' Experience in Salesforce Administration
