This position will provide program administration for Energy Services programs related to Grid Infrastructure and Resiliency. This work will include program design, grant administration, and project management to the Energy Services Unit. Research, analyze, develop, and manage EGLE Energy Services' projects that support the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy's (EGLE) work related to the resiliency of the electric grid.
With supervision and assistance, administer energy grants. Monitor grants, process payment and amendment requests, and provide oversight and support grantees to facilitate successful project implementation. Serve as liaison to EGLE management, other state agencies and organizations, and the general public on issues related to regional clean hydrogen hubs and related Michigan-based activities.
Requirements
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
Experience
Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school and the equivalent of at least two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may be substituted for the education requirement.
