Federal Buildings and Infrastructure team is looking for a dynamic and inspirational leader to serve as a Part Time Operations and Reliability Excellence Program Manager. Reporting to the Advisory Solutions Director of Operations for Federal B&I Operations, the Operations and Reliability Excellence Program Manager leads initiatives to optimize operational performance, enhance reliability, and drive continuous improvement across critical systems and processes for our clients. Responsibilities include :

Develop and lead operational excellence and reliability programs aligned with organizational goals

Establish performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems to monitor progress and impact

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed continuous improvement culture

Partner with client maintenance and engineering teams to optimize asset lifecycle performance

Assist in the recruitment and hiring of talent in coordination with broader Advisory Solutions practice

Effectively use and promote e3 to counsel, train, develop, and celebrate our current employees

Promotion of Inclusion and Diversity standards and initiatives

Exemplify and lead the Jacobs Culture of Caring

Coordinate with delivery teams and Portfolio Leadership (Directors and MOPs) around project and program requirements

Work with the Director of Projects to ensure proper risk mitigation measures are in place throughout all project lifecycles

Collaborate with our Sales Team to provide operational support for growth initiatives and proposal development

The candidate must have exceptional leadership skills and a strategic focus with the ability to continue to grow the planning practice within the Federal arena.

Demonstrated passion for leadership along with proven capability and skills

Thorough endorsement of innovation, solutions and technology

Demonstrated inspirational and inclusive leadership skills and capability

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Certification in the maintenance and reliability area of expertise Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) and Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) is preferred

15 years of progressive experience IN operations, reliability, or program management within critical infrastructure or facilities

Task Order management, project delivery methods, and client relationship building is required

Ability to lead a multi-cultural team, advance an environment of Inclusion & Diversity

United States Citizenship required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal / relational skills

Self-starter and leader capable of selling and executing work.

Team player with demonstrated experience in building and growing teams, able to foster the respect of peers and subordinates as well as interface with other offices and lines of business.

The base salary range for this position is $220,000.00 to $332,640.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
