The Role

Were looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to drive the execution of key initiatives across AI, blockchain, and decentralized systems. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, researchers, and product teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution : Define project scopes, milestones, and timelines for AI, Web3, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Cross-Team Coordination : Act as the bridge between engineering, research, and product teams to align development efforts.
• Agile & Scrum Leadership : Implement agile methodologies, run stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Risk Management : Identify potential roadblocks and proactively work on solutions to keep projects on track.
• Technical Oversight : Understand system architecture, AI models, and blockchain integrations to facilitate effective decision-making.
• Stakeholder Communication : Provide regular updates, reports, and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Tooling & Automation : Leverage JIRA, Notion, GitHub Projects, or other tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
