WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR : As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality clinical care and overseeing the nursing assistants working with our beloved residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to residents in your assigned unit to monitor and assess their physical and emotional conditions, promptly notifying the charge nurse and relevant medical personnel of any changes.
• Recognize resident needs and emergency situations, initiating critical lifesaving measures when necessary.
• Provide comprehensive, holistic care for residents in accordance with your LPN license.
• Assist in managing the inventory of medications, medical supplies, and equipment to ensure readiness and availability for resident care.
• Complete administrative tasks such as filling out medical forms, reports, evaluations, and documentation as required.
• Report any exposures to blood, bodily fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous substances based on facility policy.
