Job Summary
The Fleet Manager oversees the operation, maintenance, compliance, and strategic planning of AET fleet of vehicles and specialized equipment. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for vehicle procurement, lifecycle management, company / DOT vehicle safety programs, and cost-effective fleet utilization. This role ensures that all fleet assets are maintained in a safe condition, cost-effective, and aligned with company needs across all office locations. The Fleet Manager is responsible for collaboration with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and to ensure smooth fleet operations in support of engineering, environmental, and field-testing services.
This role ensures that all fleet equipment and vehicles support AET’s field operations efficiently while adhering to safety, regulatory, and budgetary requirements.

Work Environment
This job primarily operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This position will occasionally be required to travel to AET regional offices, vehicle vendors, or job sites.

Pay Transparency
Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $85,000-$100,000 annually per hour based on skill set and experience. The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
