Requirements

Self-Motivated, Entrepreneurial Professionals : We want driven individuals capable of building client-focused businesses

Proven Sales and Service Experience : Ideal candidates may come retail sales, hospitality (bartenders, waitstaff, hotel management), or call center backgrounds.

Recent Graduates and College Athletes : Recent college graduates and college athletes are encouraged to apply. Bring your fresh ideas and passion for an entrepreneurial career-no prior mortgage experience is necessary!

Commitment to Integrity : We look for candidates who believe in honesty and clear communication with clients and partners.

Requirements

No prior mortgage experience required.

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Obtain NMLS individual loan originator license by passing the SAFE MLO Test.

Successfully pass a federal background check.

Willingness to commute daily (M-F) to our Dayton, Cincinnati, or Columbus offices.

This is not a remote position.
