As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Director of IT to lead our technology strategy, oversee IT infrastructure, manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, and drive key IT projects that support business growth.

As a Director of IT at GO Car Wash, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the security and stability of technology operations, and leading the implementation of IT initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader with hands-on expertise in system infrastructure, POS systems, project management, and IT security. The ideal candidate will be adept at working cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership teams to ensure seamless technology integration across all locations.

Key Responsibilities as Director of IT :

• IT Strategy & Leadership : Develop and execute a scalable IT roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Infrastructure Management : Oversee IT network, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and data integrity.
• POS Systems : Manage and optimize point-of-sale systems, ensuring reliability, uptime, and integration with business operations.
• Project Management : Lead IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Vendor & Partner Management : Evaluate, select, and manage IT vendors and service providers.
• Security & Compliance : Implement best practices for cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with industry standards.
• Technical Support & Issue Resolution : Ensure a robust IT support system for business continuity and minimal downtime.
• Collaboration : Work closely with operations and leadership teams to improve technology adoption and efficiency across all locations.

Compensation Base salary of $120,000 $160,000 per year, plus 20% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company performance. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
