We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Foodservice Solutions warehouse in Attalla, AL. Available Shift : Sunday-Thursday, Sunday 6 : 30am-4 : 30pm & Monday-Thursday, 9 : 30am-7 : 30pm, strong need to be flexible based on business needs.

What You'll Do

Lead, train, and coach warehouse associates to meet goals for safety, quality, and productivity.

Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate inventory and efficient flow of goods.

Plan daily workloads, allocate resources, and maintain accurate production and time records.

Monitor key metrics, track warehouse activities, and report progress to plant leadership.

Support a culture of safety and teamwork by resolving issues and maintaining open communication.

Operate and work with material handling equipment as needed.

Take on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations.

What You Bring

2+ years of leadership experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) .

Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to work in cold storage environments (-20F / -25C) or dry storage (up to 100F / 37C) with company-provided PPE and freezer gear.

Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.

Flexible and reliable able to work different shifts or weekends if needed.

Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels.
