3PL Distribution Coordinator / Analyst (Billerica)

Must be able to work onsite in Billerica, MA 5 days per week.

The Distribution Coordinator plays a key role in overseeing the distribution processes of the warehousing partners. This position ensures that orders are processed efficiently, inventory is accurately managed, and products are delivered on time. The Distribution Specialist will work closely with warehouse teams, logistics providers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities :

Executes day to day operations for 3PL warehouse operations

Coordinates with warehouse teams to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping

Monitors order status and communicates delays or issues to relevant stakeholders

Runs daily shipping reports and troubleshoots issues

Confirm invoicing process for outbound shipments of 3PL

Partners with Quality team and 3PL on complaint reviews / investigations and submits corresponding documentation

Tracks and monitors action items

Partners with stakeholders to monitor due dates

First point of contact to / from 3PL warehouse for day to day operational needs

Point of contact for Customer Service team to handle inquiries

Monitors 3PL transactions in system (EDI & Portal)

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for distribution purposes

Point person for information flow and execution readiness for new product set up at 3PL
