Position : Registered Nurse (RN)

Location : The Elms Center, Milford, NH

Sign-On Bonus : Full Time : $7,500

Part Time : $3,750

Salary :

Up to $70 per hour , based on shift and experience and employment type

Registered Nurse (RN) Available Shifts :

Day Shift : 7 : 00 A.M – 3 : 00 P.M

Evening Shift : 3 : 00 P.M – 11 : 00 P.M

Overnight Shift : 11 : 00 P.M – 7 : 00 A.M

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities :

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and document resident progress and condition changes

Support residents with daily living needs and emotional care

Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent outcomes

Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations

Qualifications :

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire

Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor

Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required
