About the Role
We’re seeking a CEO / CFO to oversee both the operational and financial direction of a well‑established non‑profit organization making a lasting impact in the community. This unique opportunity is ideal for a mission‑driven professional who thrives in a leadership role that combines 70% CFO responsibilities and 30% CEO oversight .
What You’ll Do
- Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
- Oversee accounting functions in QuickBooks to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Manage filing and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support organizational growth and sustainability.
- Provide executive leadership and strategic direction in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and objectives.
- Foster productive relationships with staff, vendors, and community partners.
- Utilize DME (Durable Medical Equipment) systems experience (preferred) to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field ( Master’s preferred ).Demonstrated experience in a senior financial or executive leadership role, preferably within a non‑profit environment.Proficiency in QuickBooks; experience with DME systems a plus.CPA not required, but beneficial.Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a full‑time, on‑site role (40 hours per week).Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and / or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
