As a Wholesale Product Manager, you will serve as the strategic bridge between the Product Management team and the Wholesale Sales organization, driving product development and lifecycle management tailored to the wholesale channel. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and external partners to ensure product-market fit, channel alignment, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Development Partner with the Wholesale Sales Team to identify product gaps, customer needs, and emerging opportunities. Develop and maintain a wholesale-specific product roadmap, including a la carte accessory kits, contractor bundles, and seasonal offerings across all categories that JASCO offers Lead cross-functional teams through concept, design, sourcing, testing, and launch phases. Channel Alignment / Customer & Market Insights Align product features, packaging, and pricing with wholesale channel requirements (e.g., Ewing, Costco, builder programs) Support trade show planning and execution, including booth strategy, promotional budgets, and postmortem reviews Conduct market research and gather feedback from contractors, distributors, and builders to inform product decisions. Segment contractor audiences (seasonal, service, professional) and tailor product offerings accordingly Monitor competitive landscape and identify differentiators for wholesale-exclusive products. Operational Coordination Work with supply chain and packaging teams to confirm case pack configurations, accessory quantities, and master pack designs Coordinate with marketing and digital teams to ensure timely and accurate updates to portals, content calendars, and social media assets Performance Metrics Revenue growth and margin improvement in wholesale channel. Product adoption and sell-through rates across key accounts. Timely execution of product launches. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing or business, or in a related field is required, and two years of experience in Product Development, preferably in wholesale, retail, or lighting. Strong understanding of channel-specific dynamics, including builder programs, distributor relationships, and contractor needs. Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills. Ability to travel for trade shows, customer visits, and supplier meetings.
