Responsibilities of team members include :
- Welcoming guest using the Hang10 standards of customer excellence
- Using the Shaka Sign at pay stations, tunnel and vacuum areas to thank guests.
- Drive sales of monthly memberships by making every customer aware of what we offer at the pay station and vacuum lot
- Guiding vehicles onto the conveyor using proper hand signals to make sure vehicles are safely loaded
- Engage customers in the vacuum lot and assist in signing up for a membership
- Gather towels from the vacuum area, wash towels, fold towels, and restock in a convenient location for customers
- Smile and engage with guests throughout the customer journey
- Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of equipment to keep the car wash operational and spotless for customers
- Clean the dog wash stations after customers with the Big Kahuna(premium membership) finish washing their pet
- Clean the tunnel at the end of each night which includes pressure washing walls, cleaning windows, and removing any debris
