This individual will oversee all online retail operations, including product assortment, site merchandising, user experience, SEO strategy and technology. The Senior Director will drive the vision for an innovative and effective digital commerce experience, fostering growth in revenue and customer engagement. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership ability to manage teams across various functions.
