Compensation : $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits

The Physical Therapists work in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary team to provide excellent outcomes and increased independence for our patients and their families. Physical Therapists specialize in aiding patients who have physical and / or developmental challenges by examining and evaluating data to identify problems and determine a patient's level of function.
Work Setting : Orthopedic Outpatient (On-site)
Patient Volume : 1-2 Patients per hour
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and establish evidence-based therapy plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercise instruction, and patient education to promote optimal recovery and prevent future injuries.
- Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
- Educate patients and families on home exercises, pain management, and post-treatment care to support long-term health.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new treatment techniques, and best practices in physical therapy.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy, BSPT, MSPT, or DPT (2003 or later must have MSPT or DPT)Currently registered / licensed in the state of California. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.One (1) year experience in post-acute care or related setting preferredCPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
