Level four machinists are demonstrate advanced ability to set up, run and troubleshoot all site specific CNC and conventional machines and machining processes. Level four machinists should have experience working with a variety of CNC and conventional machines. These individuals are also able to design and manufacture complex tooling. In addition to machining responsibilities level four machinists are expected to provide leadership and mentoring to lower level machinists. This includes providing assistance and training as needed. This position typically requires 5 or more years of machinist experience.
