Job descriptionDiagnose and manage a wide range of rheumatologic conditions including RA, lupus, gout, and other autoimmune and inflammatory diseases Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans Perform joint injections and other relevant in-office procedures Collaborate with internal medicine and specialty colleagues to ensure holistic care Use advanced EMR systems for documentation and care coordination MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified / Board Eligible in Rheumatology Active or eligible for a Connecticut medical license Strong commitment to patient care and professional development Recent fellows are welcome to apply

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to join a reputable and expanding healthcare group in Shelton, Connecticut . This is a full-time, direct hire position offering clinical autonomy, excellent support, and a collaborative practice culture.
Position Highlights :
- Location : Shelton, CT
- Schedule : Monday–Friday, full-time (outpatient-focused)
- Start Date : Flexible
- Employment Type : W-2, direct hire
- Compensation : Highly competitive salary + performance-based incentives
