Job descriptionTYPE : Hospital employed SCHEDULE : Full Time, 40-hrs / week M-F 7 : 30-5 CALL : none EMR : Paragon (an AllScripts product) in hospital & all practices (hospital owned & private practice) SETTING : 100% outpatient TEAM : APP's LOCATION : on hospital campus EQUIPMENT : On-site lab and x-ray SERVICES : workers' compensation, drug & alcohol testing, physical exams, vaccinations CERTIFICATIONS : DOT & MRO required Partner w / local employers with emphasis on prevention Striving to deliver convenient and cost-effective occupational health services 45 minutes to Birmingham, AL and 1 hour to Atlanta, GA Birmingham has an International airport COMP MODEL : YR1 Salaried YR2 = Salary + Incentive Program Salary Range = $240,000 - $300,000 DOE Signing Bonus : yes, $20,000-$30,000 - 50% @ signing 50% @ start PTO : 20 days / yr CME : 5 days + $4,000 Paid Malpractice Insurance Relocation : $5,000 (if moving self), $10,000 (to move family) Health, Dental, Vision insurance Retirement : 401k
