Technical Designer - Civic & Justice

We are currently seeking Technical Designers to join the Civic & Justice Practice in San Francisco Bay area and Atlanta metro. The Technical Designer is responsible for developing, organizing, and executing the development of design and construction documents utilizing creativity, foresight, and judgment to meet project requirements and objectives. They will participate as a member of the project team in all aspects of preparing complete and comprehensive design and architectural drawings and specifications and coordinate the documents with project consultants and contractors.

Experience in Justice and Civic building typologies is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate has experience working on projects such as : Correction facilities, Jails, Prisons, Detention Centers, Courthouses, etc. Other preferred experience includes : municipalities, police and fire stations, city and county buildings, and other public works / public safety buildings. Must be able to work in-person (hybrid schedule).

Qualifications :

National salary range : $60,000 $120,000 (7+ years experience). Additional compensation includes bonuses and benefits (compensation factors are based upon years of relevant experience, qualifications / licensure, education, and location.) Bonuses can include but are not limited to : Long Term Incentive Plan, Short Term Incentive Plan, Profit Sharing
