Key Responsibilities

• Customer Focus : Understand the needs & expectations of users to prioritize features; support business teams with training user acceptance testing
• Product Management : Drive enhancements to our core digital solutions (Discover & OMNI), overseeing value streams focused on cost, risk management, and other business needs
• Collaboration : Partner with NEA and business stakeholders to align strategies with organizational objectives; partner with teams to identify opportunities for process optimization
• Project Management : Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives and establish timelines for delivery of solutions
• Innovation : Foster new technology that enables business transformation and drives new ideas; conduct external research to stay abreast of industry trends
• Leadership & Vision : Provide direction and strategic influence to achieve business goals
