Sec Financial Reporting Analyst

RGP is looking for a SEC Financial Reporting Analyst to support our SEC reporting and general accounting functions. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in public filings and a strong understanding of financial reporting requirements. This requires three days onsite in Issaquah. Assist in the preparation and review of SEC filings, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and earnings releases (e.g., Q2 earnings). Support external audit processes, including coordination and documentation. Participate in benefit plan audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Perform day-to-day accounting and reporting tasks to support departmental operations. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Two to four years of relevant experience, preferably in public company reporting. SEC reporting experience is required. CPA preferred but not required; role does not require highly technical accounting. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite. Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors. Pay Range : $65-75 / hr.
