Job descriptionProvide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and / or activities. Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members regarding security-related matters and site protocols. Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel. Assist with access control procedures and visitor management as required by site-specific policies. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Experience providing customer service is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Security Professional - CRE Patrol
As a Security Professional - CRE Patrol in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.
As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the property, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to various situations as they arise. You will interact with a diverse group of people, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the values of reliability, agility, and teamwork. - Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
