Position Title: Machine Operator Position

Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3 PM -11 PM

Pay: $22-$ plus a $ shift differential

Job Type: Full-time

Summary: Responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining Flexo or Die Cutter converting machines in a corrugated packaging facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate converting machines

- Ensure product quality

- Perform equipment maintenance

- Complete production reports

- Train other operators

- Adhere to safety policies

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED

- Ability to read and follow instructions

- Basic math skills

- Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs. regularly, 100 lbs. occasionally

- Stand, walk, and use hands frequently

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in corrugated industry

- 6 months experience as First Helper

- 6 months experience as a Load Former
