This position oversees maintenance service and repairs in various areas including plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine, electrical, and HVAC servicing for University Campus buildings and facilities. It involves planning, organizing, and scheduling daily maintenance workload, inspecting equipment and structures, collaborating with maintenance technicians, and ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations.

Required education is a BA, and at least five years of related facilities maintenance experience is required. Preferred skills include knowledge of MS Windows / Office / Project, SAP, and KRONOS. This position also has supervisory responsibilities and requires a proactive approach to customer and client contact.
