POSITION TITLE : On Call Server For Events as Needed

or   Full-Time Dining Room Server Monday to Friday

On Call Servers, as part of a team or when working alone and under the direction of the food and beverage managers or assigned captains, serve as leaders in a collaborative environment. This position is an on call opportunity. Though the club is frequently busy with private events, there is no guaranteed minimum hours promised each week. From time to time, the opportunity to join the full-time Dining Room team is offered to On Call servers who excel in their role. Currently also hiring one full-time dining room server (M-F evenings)

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Have a general knowledge of food allergies and aversions.
• Have a general knowledge and understanding of Department of Health (DOH) food safety standards
• Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service required of all FB-FOH service positions
• Strong communication and listening skills to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both Club Members and teammates
