• Work 12-hour evening / night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM
• 3 shifts per week totaling 36 hours
• Will float between Mares Campus and Central Campus as needed
• Washington State or Compact RN licensure required
• Must maintain active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Coordinate and provide high-quality patient care using nursing process and evidence-based practices
• Develop, implement, and reassess individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and complete nursing procedures and treatments
• Conduct holistic ongoing patient assessments and respond appropriately
• Document all care provided, assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
• Evaluate discharge plans and provide patient / family education as needed
• Address physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs of patients
• Delegate appropriately and oversee care provided by non-licensed assistive personnel
• Collaborate and communicate with all members of the healthcare team
• Maintain clean and safe environment according to hospital policies
