As a Databricks Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading and architecting data solutions that align with our business goals and technical requirements. Your expertise in Databricks and Azure technologies will be instrumental in driving data initiatives and ensuring seamless integration across projects. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's objectives by delivering data-driven insights and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Role / Responsibilities

• Lead the data solutions stream within the program, ensuring timely and quality delivery of data components.
• Oversee the development and execution of data solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure end-to-end data solution integration.
• Create and maintain essential project documentation, including solution design, interface contracts, data model design, and technical documents.
• Provide guidance and technical advice to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and external partners.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine requirements, identify risks, and address technical challenges.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum : $68,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum : $139,700 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies : medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
