Responsibilities

• Perform extensive financial and valuation analyses to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
• Build advanced financial models for potential and actual clients and build deep industry knowledge.
• Lead due diligence, research, analysis and documentation of potential and live transactions.
• Participate in presentation development and hypothesis testing to highlight financial analysis results.
• Develop, produce, and deliver proposals and presentations to clients and prospects.
• Actively participate in client meetings and drafting sessions.
• Research and expand expertise of industries and sectors, monitoring key drivers and offering business insights.
• Identify improvements to processes and propose solutions for greater efficiency.
• Take ownership of client relationships and provide seamless solutions.
• Demonstrate understanding of macro factors related to client industry and investment banking products.
• Serve as on‑the‑job trainer for analysts, providing constructive feedback and ensuring quality of work.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Additional responsibilities as requested.

Qualifications

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range : $200,000 – $200,000 USD.

This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and / or commission‑based incentives.
