Senior Financial Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will provide analytical support related to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans in collaboration with various departments

Prepare reports and variance analysis for monthly financial results and support the creation of the foundation's Long-Range Plan

Act as a liaison between the FP&A team and departments, ensuring alignment with operating plans and cash projections

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of financial planning and reporting experience

Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including financial modeling

Experience with budgeting, financial statement reporting, and cash management

Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently

Preferred experience with Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Tableau, and Salesforce
