What You'll Do

Prepare parts for powder coating (sandblasting, cleaning, rust and oil removal)

Hang and load parts correctly to ensure even coating and consistent quality

Operate and monitor powder coating systems and equipment

Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray guns and related tools

Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to maintain proper coating thickness and finish

Inspect finished parts for color, coverage, and adhesion quality

Perform basic maintenance and cleaning on equipment and work area

What You'll Bring

Experience : 2+ years as a Powder Coat Painter or Industrial Painter (preferred)

Knowledge of : Powder coating process, equipment setup, and curing ovens

Skills : Strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and teamwork

Physical Requirements : Able to lift up to 60 lbs, stand / walk throughout shift, and wear PPE (including respirator)

Work Environment : Exposure to warm / cool temperatures, machinery noise, and coating materials
