Responsibilities

You'll receive comprehensive training tailored to your success - from product knowledge to sales strategies designed for our specific market.

Develop leads and actively prospect for new clients via cold / warm calling, networking, and referrals

Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance policies (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, etc.)

Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals to clients

Maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication and service

Achieve sales goals and performance metrics

Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulations

Work closely with support and underwriting teams to ensure seamless policy delivery

Requirements

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required

A genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.

An upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.

Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

Ability to multi-task.

2-3 years (minimal sales experience)

Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
