Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1,880 - $2,020 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Massachusetts RN license (required for all Massachusetts nursing jobs)

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required)

CPI or MOAB certification (required for ER nurse positions)

Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience

Proven ability to provide care for all age groups : pre-natal, neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients

Strong triage, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills

Successful completion of onboarding health screenings and background checks

ER Nurse Responsibilities

Triage patients based on acuity and clinical needs in a fast-paced emergency department

Deliver immediate interventions for urgent and critical healthcare cases

Perform ongoing assessment and monitoring of patient conditions

Administer medications, treatments, and emergency procedures as required

Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Accurately document all care provided in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
